I would venture to guess that most brides stress over most every detail that relates to their wedding. I tend to fall into this category, except with one decision. The colors.
Everyone who knows me knows what my favorite color is (luckily for me it is B's favorite too). I'd go on a limb and say I wear some variation of this color everyday, somehow. I am obsessed with the color:
RED
Red has been my favorite color ever since I can remember. My favorite colors to combine with it are black and white. When I was in 8th grade I had every variation of color combination in shoes. I had White with red detail. Red with white detail. Black with red and white. You get the picture.
So what would my color choices be? Red, Black and White. I am choosing to use the black a bit more subtly in the decorations since we are having our wedding in June and I don't want to weigh the look down.
Did you know there are different variations of red? Some of my friends didn't. My particular obsession happens to be with blue reds. As you may have been able to tell in the pictures of me, I am white. I am the whitest person I know. My skin is basically translucent and you can see all my veins at different points on my body. My lack of pigment puts me in the Cool Tone category. Anything with orange tones in it washes me out and this includes red-oranges.

When my friend H got engaged and I went with her and her parent's to David's Bridal to find her wedding dress, her mom was picking out wedding dresses for me. They all had red with embroidery or sashes. Too funny!
