Even before getting engaged, girls are thinking of what their wedding is going to look like. They swoon over photos and gain envy of all the brides before them. I was no different. Three of my best friends, among others, married years before I was engaged. I know what you are thinking, I am currently only 25 years old; therefore, my friends married young. This is true, but I still wanted it all for myself.
So during planning my sister's and friends' weddings, I stored ideas and inspiration away. I had always imagined being married in a church, but since my parents have moved and neither B nor I were attached to a church at the time, we decided an outdoor wedding and reception would be awesome.
I then had visions of tents, dance floors, and lawn games dancing through my head. Pictures online and magazines didn't help either.
